Curious on how GSA sets the Per Diem Schedule?
Need some help selling to the Government Market?

GSA: In this session you will learn straight from Jill Denning; Per Diem Travel Manager – Office of Asset and Transportation Management via Skype about the methods GSA uses in setting lodging and travel per diem rates. You will also be given working knowledge of the process for requesting special reviews for per diem rates in a given location.
WA PTAC: Kate Hoy is from the Thurston Economic Development Council and she will be educating us on the opportunities and assistance available to suppliers with an emphasis on how to pursue more government contracting business.

PNW SGMP Chapter Winter Workshop

It’s A Matter of Style—How to Build a More Effective Team

 

This half-day session will provide you with communication strategies and tools to effectively “plan for the future.”  You will learn simple, intuitive ways to make lasting improvements in your ability to interact with others as you learn about working styles.  As part of this workshop, you will have the opportunity to take an Everything DISC Workplace communication profile.  After you register, you will receive an access code to take this assessment.  You will be able to print your report immediately upon completion.  PLEASE BRING YOUR REPORT WITH YOU TO THE WORKSHOP.  Our speaker Jan Dwyer Bang, MBA, CSP, President of Boundless Results and she will speak on leadership, communication, and team building.  Her clients include the State of Washington who she has been privileged to serve for over 15 years.  She also is a Certified Everything DISC Workshop Facilitator through Wiley.  Her email is Jan@JanDwyerBang.om.
