Back of the House Discussion and Tour
Have you ever wondered how a big conference hotel operates?
This meeting will take you “behind the scenes,” to the back of the house, at the Courtyard by Marriott Tacoma Downtown. Experience first-hand how the hotel prepares for a conference. From group room blocks to individual reservation blocks as well as a tour of the facility where you will experience how Housekeeping and the Front Desk coordinate their efforts to get prepared. Don't miss this opportunity to see how the magic happens behind the scenes!

11:45am -1:15pm: Program and Lunch

$ 30.00 Suppliers to include lunch
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS AND FEE: Parking fee is $6.00 for up to four hours. Self-Park in the A, D, + E shared lots with the Greater Tacoma Convention Center. Proceed to the electronic pay station or ay via the Flowbird App. (You will need your license plate number)
Be sure to park to the RIGHT SIDE of the garage when you drive up the ramp to the A Lot. Parking to the left side is for the Marriott Full-Service Hotel ONLY and you will be ticketed.
Valet is also available. Pull up to the hotel on 15th Commerce. Valet fee is $29 plus tax.
