"Conference Staging"

Event staging is an often overlooked part of conference planning. However, conference staging is critical to delivering your message and creating a memorable brand impression. Staging incorporates elements such as rigging and lighting trusses, video screens, sounds systems, and even soft goods like scrims, drapes and set materials.

Our speaker, Marcus White of MCW Events, will discuss the many benefits of event staging, and encourage meeting planners to consider making space in your budget to transform your event into a truly engaging experience.

Marcus White  -  Founder and Managing Member of Seattle - based MCW Events, Marcus White, CMP [an 18+ year title] is more commonly known as the Minister of Make it Happen. Leveraging his own carefully cultivated and nurtured relationships throughout the industry since dirt was invented [approximately 24 years ago], he can’t help but deliver human-centered and transformative programs. [To be exact - hundreds too many to count]. His client resume humbly boasts of strong relationships with Tableau, Twitch, InVisionApp, Valve and more. His industry experience [see: previous leader of MPI’s Washington State study group], and international exposure has given him a voice across several speaking engagement platforms. All the while, whether he’s chartering some 18+ odd jets, floating in his Palm Springs pool or playing with Sparkles [his beloved dog], Marcus diligently and with great intentionality, takes pride in developing and leading his growing deep bench of 20+ team members.
