"If You Don't Ask For It, You Won't Get It--How to Write an All-Encompassing RFP."
The Request for Proposal is the most important meeting document. It outlines everything a group needs to produce its event. It allows the venue to decide if this is a good piece of business for the hotel. It sets the stage for negations.
Take-always:
1. Learn the different requests and when to use each one.
2. Learn what to include in the RFP.
3. Learn the importance of creating an all-encompassing RFP so addendums are not necessary.
