Crafting Clear and Purposeful Meeting Objectives

We are in the meetings business, where we are challenged with attending meetings, leading meetings and creating and producing meetings. However, as we get caught up in the busyness of life and work, we don’t always stop to purposefully consider the “WHY” behind meetings and ensure that the time and energy we spend with meetings achieves the objectives that have been set.    

During this session, we will cover tactical strategies to create effective meeting objectives and understand how to ensure those objectives are achieved throughout the process.

• Understand how to determine when a meeting is necessary and when it isn’t.
• Learn to create relevant and effective objectives for your meeting.
• Discover how to keep your objectives on track and pull your objectives through the meeting.
