Come to the April 2019 meeting and get helpful information on how hotels quote the way they do and how they rate your business.  Learn how to get your monies worth by understanding revenue management strategies.  Attendees will learn about length of stay patterns, the importance of flexibility when looking for a venue, the value of using shoulder seasons versus peak seasons and understanding ways to get more with less to maximize your meeting planning dollars and much more.      

*This program is eligible for 1 contact hour in "Contract Management".

Directions from I-5 Southbound/Northbound

  • From I-5 take Exit 105 and follow signs to the State Capital through the East Campus Tunnel.  At the light, turn right onto Capital Way.  The Governor is 6 blocks down on the left across from Sylvester Park.

  • Toiletries: full and travel sizes of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shaving cream, razors, toothbrushes (adult and child), toothpaste (adult and child), floss, feminine care products, deodorant
  • Baby supplies: diapers of all sizes (especially larger sizes), wipes, formula, baby food
