  Essentials of Leading

Whether you have a title that designates you a "manager" or "leader", what we know is everyone leads.  You may lead a team, manage a meeting or project or be in charge of a committee.   There are essential skills that will enable you to be most effective and stay focused on the goal while engaging others to collaborate and be accountable with you.  This interactive program will focus on these essential skills and communication strategies to achieve the results you want with your teams and colleagues.   

*This program is eligible for 1 contact hour in "Leadership".

 **Skype will be available to our Idaho and Eastern Washington Members.

 


Directions from I-5 Southbound/Northbound

  • Take Exit 104 (US Highway 101 Westbound)
  • Take the first exit (Cooper Point Road)
  • Turn RIGHT onto Cooper Point Road
  • Take an immediate RIGHT onto Evergreen Park Drive, and RIGHT again after AM/PM
  • Turn right again on Lakeridge Way (adjacent to Morris Business Park sign)
  • Continue straight to hotel entrance

  • Canned non-condensed soups (Progresso style)
  • Canned chili (all varieties)
  • Pasta sauce: alfredo and marinara (14.5 oz. cans)
  • Snacks: granola/snack bars, fruit cups, fruit snacks/leathers, apple sauce pouches, trail and nut mixes, crackers, cookies, chips, microwave popcorn, dried fruit, jerky
  • Toiletries: full and travel sizes of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shaving cream, razors, toothbrushes (adult and child), toothpaste (adult and child), floss, feminine care products, deodorant
  • Baby supplies: diapers of all sizes (especially larger sizes), wipes, formula, baby food
